  3. You can make in advance and store it in the fridge for about a week.

INGREDIENTS

To make approximately 150g of pesto:

  • 2 large handful of basilica
  • 1 large handful of rocket
  • 1 garlic bulb (according to taste)
  • 25g of pine nuts
  • 4Tbs of olive oil
  • 40g of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 garlic bulb (according to taste)
  • 25g of pine nuts
  • 4Tbs of olive oil
  • 2Tbs lemon juice
