The Food Therapist is a nutritional therapy service providing professional

and practical advice tailored specifically to your concerns and goals.

Every client is unique. Olivia conducts a 60 to 90 minutes consultation to develop a full understanding of your lifestyle, general habits and medical history

In order to get the optimal benefit from the initial consultation, each client is asked to complete and return a comprehensive questionnaire and a food diary at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, which will both be provided at the time of the booking.


Together, and in consideration of your lifestyle and health goals, an initial action plan will be agreed upon.

The program may include dietary adjustments, menu planning, recipes, lifestyle suggestions, and supplementation if appropriate. Laboratory investigation including intolerance tests may be advised for more advanced explanation of underlying causes.



After the consultation you will receive a full report with personalized food programme including recipes, alternative choices, tips… One or two follow up consultations to monitor progress and provide further advice are recommended (4 weeks and 8-10 weeks after the initial consultation).

Weekly Coaching and food diary review available for client who have completed the initial consultation and prior to their follow up, to support them through their new program, more advanced menu planning, recipes and tips will be offered via email.

Further consultation may be advised depending on each client’s personal goals or health concerns.
