I’m passionate about food and healthy eating.

I’m a certified nutritional therapist who believes that healthy eating can be very tasty and very easy to achieve. I understand that today most of us do not have the time or the interest to spend hours in our kitchen to cook elaborate meals. I believe that in moderation a little indulgence is good for us, it keeps us balanced.

I don’t believe in diets, they are a short-term solution , but I do believe in a new way of eating, in a nourishing food plan, I believe in Food Therapy. According to me, Food Therapy is finding true balance by eating nutritious, wholesome foods in a stress-free way that fits your lifestyle.

I provide support, guidance and education to help people find their right way of eating. No two person’s health goals are the same, that’s why it is an individual journey.
